FAQs

Best way to wash?

You can wash your caps in the washing machine.  If you want them to last longer, it's best to air dry them.

When will I get my order?

I try to fulfill the orders within 5 days, but sometimes it may take a little longer (#residentlife).  Also, Canada Post is super backed up right now so it can take up to 4-6 weeks for snail mail.  If you would like your order sooner, please choose the tracked shipping option.

Do you offer contactless pick-up?

Yes.  If you live in London, you can pick up your order from my mailbox.  Place your order as usual on the website, and then send an email to kavoscrubcaps@gmail.com to let me know.  I can refund the shipping charge after!

What do the acronyms CC, SS, TTM, and PP mean?

The acronyms stand for the different collections (ie. TTM = Tame That Mane, SS = Super Skull, etc.).  It helps me keep track when there are multiple styles in one fabric.

Why do some caps cost more $$?

Some cottons cost more money than others.

Sizing

One size fits most.  Check out the "Sizing Help" page for more information on collection sizing.  All caps in a category are made with the same pattern.  While I try to be as consistent as possible, all items are hand-made, so there may be some slight variations in fit.  Tail length may also vary slightly depending on the width of the cotton.

Cap colours & pattern placement

Colouring in the pics can vary depending on the screen.  If you have any questions about the colour of a cap, send me an email!  Also, when there are multiple caps in the same style made from one fabric, pattern placement may vary.
